    Shipping and Returns Policy

    At Noodle Neck, we want you (and your hound) to be delighted with your order. Below you’ll find the details of our shipping, returns and refunds.


    Shipping

    Processing time

    • All collars and leads are handmade to order.
    • Please allow up to 5 days for your item to be made and dispatched (we’ll confirm when your order is on the way). International orders take a little longer

    Delivery method & costs – UK

    • We ship via Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour Tracked.
    • Shipping is a flat rate fee of either Ā£4.29 for 24 hours or Ā£3.45 for 48 hours.
    • Delivery is FREE on orders over Ā£50.
    • Free local collection or delivery in Scarborough is available on request.


    International Shipping – USA & Canada
    We offer a flat‑rate shipping charge of Ā£14 for orders to the USA and Canada (up to approx. 250g).
    Orders are dispatched from the UK within 1‑3 business days. Typical delivery times 5‑10 working days with Royal Mail International Tracked.

    International Shipping – Europe
    We offer a flat‑rate shipping charge of Ā£8 for orders to Europe (up to approx. 250g).
    Orders are dispatched from the UK within 1‑3 business days. Typical delivery times 5‑7 working days with Royal Mail International Tracked.

    We do not currently offer express International delivery, we’re a one woman studio and Barney hasn’t passed his courier exam yet.

    Customs & Duties

    • For international orders: any customs or import fees are the buyers responsibility ( sorry, we know it’s annoying).
    • We don’t under-declare parcel values. Barney says honesty is part of our brand.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
    • If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving them (in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

    Exceptions

    • Because our products are handmade and often customised to your dog’s size/colour, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalised items, unless they are faulty.
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, worn collars/leads cannot be returned unless faulty.

    How to return

    • Please email us at hello@noodleneck.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
    • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
    • We recommend using a tracked service for returns.

    Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
